MOVIE WON'T PLAY?

An updated version of Windows Media Player must be installed on your computer and must be set as your "default" video player.

Disable any pop-up blocking programs. these will sometimes prevent a movie window from opening.

If you attempt to go to the movie gallery and receive a "site not found" or similar message, your IP address has been blocked.

Go to www.whatismyip.com an record your IP address.
